Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that was developed by Korean masters in the 1940s. This martial art combines self-defence and combat techniques with exercise and sport. The training which includes Taekwondo patterns that help cultivate resilient and confident students in line with the school’s Desired Outcomes.
